As an organizational psychologist with 25 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship—a regional pioneer in applied psychology for organizational development, leadership, and personal growth, and an experienced expert in leadership, organizational development strategy, and human resources—my mission is to help your organization or you personally elevate your business, your career, and all other areas of life as an inseparable whole of personal success and fulfillment.

Over the past 25 years, I have driven organizational development, leadership, and HR strategies in major international and domestic companies from “both sides of the table”—both as a Chief Human Resources Officer and as a consultant, trainer, mentor, and executive coach.

I have established numerous internal academies for leadership and business skills development, with the Tangram Academy at Delta Holding being my proudest achievement.

I launched my career within the prestigious Coca-Cola system, served as HR Director at Efes Weifert, acted as interim HR Director for Southeast Europe at Ball Packaging Europe, and held the position of Chief HR Officer at Delta Holding.

Over the past 22 years, my client portfolio has included: Philip Morris International, JTI, Carlsberg, Ball Packaging, NIS Gazprom Neft, Delta Holding, Sport Vision Group, Erste Bank, MOL, Yettel Bank, Planeta Sport… and many other international and local companies.
